To look at my work answers all questions as to why these brilliant books are needed, but the icing would be getting mail from the UK.

  3. My wife says “You don’t have to do anything around the house if you’re doing your photography” Come on man do you really want to see me with rubber glows on washing the dishes ? Cause I’m just about to finish my last book – I need more…

  4. I am using Elements 9 but not to its full potential. These books would be a big help.

  5. Don’t know the man so won’t grovel, plead or bribe him for his books. He would be honoured to give one or both of them to me to start with after 50 years in photography it might be useful, and I say might with trepidation.. however if he relents and does send them (one) to me, I will comment on how they have helped me, IF they help me and I live long enough…:)

  6. I would love to win these books. I became unemployed from my banking job in March 2011 and has decided to work on my love of photography. I am new to the digital editing and have been bugging anyone that would reply to my questions! These books would be great to have so I can leave others alone! Please consider me for the chance to win. 🙂

I always have to buy several of the latest books everytime a new issue of Elements comes out.( I have had every issue since Elements 3). And no matter how many books I get there is always one step or method that’s missing.

  10. I am an ACA Educator and teach the CS5 Design Premium Suite. 15. Hugh McCormack // August 14, 2011 at 3:09 pm //

My partner, a visual artist, has Elements 9 on her Mac. She uses the program to manipulate photos of her work. She keeps coming to me with questions about Elements but I can’t get close to the computer (or Elements) since it is her work tool! I could definitely use the books in order to provide the advice she is seeking.

    Please help a fellow out!

  16. The elements of Elements
    can often be quite daunting
and until you get the hang of them
    your pictures may look haunting.
With David Asch and his new books
    your chances grow aplenty
that with version 9 your photos will
    get twenty out of twenty!

  17. My wife caught me cheating and didn’t mind at all. With “How to cheat with Elements 9.” (What were you thinking?) Now she wants me to “Focus on Elements.” Please send ASAP.

  18. Really don’t NEED one of these books but sure would LOVE to have one. I NEED all the help I can get!!

  19. I’m sitting here in my Scott Kelby’s Photowalk tee shirt pining away for one of these books. Why? Because I could use them in my everyday photoshopping and also for my business… and…I’ve always wanted David Asch’s Cheating in Photoshop Elements book!!

  20. Todd Thompson // August 21, 2011 at 12:17 pm //

Winners never cheat, but cheaters know the best tips as long as they read David Asch’s books! I’m ready to cheat in PSE!!!

A prize from Squirrel and Asch,
So I thought I’d give it a bash,
I am new to the processing of pics,
So am constantly looking for new tricks,
TipSquirrel.com is a great place to learn,
To compliment this would be some pages to turn,
    I am on bended knees,
    And asking you please,
Would you kindly send the elements books that I yearn? 🙂

  22. As the former Librarian and now VP of my local camera club of 180+ members, we constantly have members looking for Elements books. Unfortunately, our budget doesn’t always allow for new books. So we as for member donations. These would be a great addition to our library!

All. Having just made the step from a mere beginner to having my first paid commission (albeit for a friend) I feel my confidence growing. Having been absorbing Tip Squirrel and Gavin Hoey for a while, I’m sure there’s more to learn within Photoshop. Please make the expense of Photoshop worth it by teaching me more. Failing that, I need 3 more books to make my book ends work properly on my study shelf – not that I think that the book would spend much time on the shelf! Here’s hoping without begging – nudge nudge wink wink!

  24. I have an eye for photography and can capture beautiful moments. Now I need to learn the art of editing to perfect my images. So far, I am self taught and have learned by trial and error. I would LOVE to have these books to help me expand my skills. Thank you for the chance to win.

  25. PS… I follow you on Facebook & Twitter and have learned so much from your tutorials. I often share them with my other photog friends. Thank you!

I need all the help I can get and this will help me be a better designer for my clients, I want to be able to give them my very best! Plus, I think squirrells are cute!! I have one sitting on my desk 🙂 thanks!!

I came across your site purely by accident and now I just can’t get enough of it!! I have Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Premiere Elements and I have had nothing but aggravation trying to figure out how to work with either of these programs. Your videos have helped, but I do better with a book or some kind of hard copy layout in front of me. I would love to have these books because I am trying to break into the photography business and I need to know what the heck I’m doing when it comes to editing a photo! I can only hope and pray I win. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!
