Keep them coming A.J. I have learned from you in minutes what I haven’t been able to implement or understand! Thanks!

Nice Job! I’m currently using CS4 and periodically use Photomatix Pro. I’m wondering how the CS5 HDR capabilities compare to Photomatix.

Brooke – Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.

Don – I definitely like the remove ghosts option in CS5, however, as an avid Photomatix user, I can tell you I’m still getting used to the controls in CS5. Some things in Photomatix seem easier, primarily due to knowing exactly which slider I move to do what.

Right now I think of CS5 HDR as another tool in my arsenal.

Great video! I’ve been doing some experimenting with CS5 HDR Pro as well, I’ve written up some results on my blog:

So far I’m pretty impressed with what CS5 HDR Pro can do, although I have a big complaint with the processing speeds…

    Cheers,

    Simon

Excellent presentation. I have used Photomatix for 2 years and am anxious to try this new one in CS5.
    Thanks for the tutorial.

Good one. Thanks AJ. Loved the way you presented. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Do you think HDR toning using single raw file brings out the exact same effects ?

Very helpful tutorial! What kind of software are you using to do your screen recording in conjunction with the Webcam?
