Thank You and a Very Happy Christmas
As this is my last post of the year, I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas.
It’s been an incredible year, what started as a simple website for me and a friend, has become a resource I couldn’t be more proud of. When I began writing 10 months ago I never envisaged a website where some of the world’s best Photoshop trainers would be posting alongside first timers, all of whom have done so with the same high amount of enthusiasm.
I am indebted to everyone who has helped with the website and offer my heartfelt gratitude. Everyone who has written for the website, helped with the technology or re-tweeted a post tweet, I thank you from the very bottom of my heart.
I’m excited about next year, how TipSquirrel can move forward and what new things we can do. If you have any ideas please don’t hesitate to let us know!
A special thank you to Simon, who was one of the first regular writers for TipSquirrel and eased the workload. Simon is taking a well earned rest in the new year and I take this opportunity to thank him for all the excellent posts he has contributed over the months. Simon’s Monday slot will be filled by Mike Hoffman. Regular readers may remember Mike from his excellent hallowe’en pumpkin tutorial.
Special mention too to my friend John. John very kindly offered to proofread for the site despite knowing nothing about, nor having an interest in, Photoshop. Thank you John.
Finally, thank you to Janine Smith. Like Simon Janine has been with the site for many months. Each week she produces an incredible tutorial which I can find nothing similar to anywhere else on the Internet. Her enthusiasm for the site has been unwavering.
But it is her support that I am most grateful for. In the times that I am not able to get to the computer Janine has organized things for me. When I’ve asked for help it would be greeted with a “of course”.
Happy christmas everyone. We’ll be back on Monday 4th January with Mike’s post. Guest host that week none other than Gavin Hoey!
