Tattoos, Templates and Trees

Was out having fun yesterday taking photographs in the woods. Was a beautiful day and was a lot of fun. Looking round the web for tutorial inspiration drew very little, but there was one that drew our attention, I’ve listed it below.

Weather looks set to be nice again this weekend, so plenty of opportunity to get out there and take some snaps.

Whatever you choose to do this weekend, I hope its better than you expected, have fun.

TutCast - Tattoo Removal

Learn how to remove a tatoo quickly and easily. A good introduction to cloning.

Length : 4min 31sec

Tippy’s Tip: If someone asks you to retouch a photo of them, only remove a tattoo, or partial tattoo if they ask you to. I once removed a small part of a mostly hidden tatoo on a bride and she went mad when she saw the result. “My tattoos are part of me! … Do you mean they are ugly??”

She was right of course, who am I to judge?

Design a Dark and Crimson Forest Scene in Photoshop

First posted back in December, this tutorial was shown to me by a friend yesterday.

What I really like about this tutorial is the use of the Fibres filter to make the sun rays.

Well, that’s this week done. Have a nice weekend, I’ll see you Monday!
