Free Photoshop and Adobe Apps Webinar

I’m proud to say I’ll be presenting a live webinar for the Photoshop and Lightroom Facebook group this Saturday (16th July 2016).

The topics I’ll be discussing will be using the mobile apps along side Photoshop to take your creativity away from the desktop.

The irony, or maybe beauty, of this is that I’ll be away over the weekend in a beautiful part of the UK known as The Lake District. I’ll be using and demoing while actually away from the security of the desk.

As a challenge I’m really looking forward to it, but I can’t help thinking that there’s a lot being left to local wifi capabilities, so come along and either pick up some tips about Adobe’s suite of mobile apps or laugh at me as I struggle to communicate from the middle of nowhere, either way, it should be a lot of fun.

What I’ll be covering;

capture Adobe Capture. This app allows the user to capture Shapes, Patterns, Brushes and Looks from the everyday. We’ll explore how we can add a pattern to an image as a texture, adding a shape to image such as your logo, text or watermark.
fix Photoshop Fix. We’ll look at making quick edits while away from the desk and how these can be synchronised, via the Creative Cloud, back to the desktop application.
mix Photoshop Mix. Making a composition can be time consuming, so we’ll look at ways we can combine and manipulate images before heading to the office.
CC Creative Cloud.  All this synchronicity is made possible through the use of the Creative Cloud Libraries. We’ll take a look around and see how they can be beneficial to collaborative working, including within a team and with clients.

  1. How’ve I never known about this group!? 130,000 people! Have I been living under a rock? I look forward to your webinar. Always high-quality.

  2. Useful information.

  3. And while we’re at it, why not talk about a free (as in free beer, but also as in freedom) entire operating system: GNU/Linux?
