Based in the UK, TipSquirrel has what some have described as an 'unnatural obsession' with Photoshop. Although he spends his day either in Photoshop, reading about Photoshop or watching Photoshop Podcasts he's still not able to cobble together a reasonable tutorial himself. Fortunately, he has a talent for persuading very clever and articulate people to do that on his website.
